Bilingual (Spanish/English) Secretary

We are looking for an additional bilingual secretary.​   This position provides direct administrative support to Thomas Geygan, Jr.​  This person must have the ability to identify and anticipate events that may impact work in the future.​ The ability to understand and follow oral and written directions in English and Spanish; type and assemble information into proper legal form from outlined instructions or established procedures; work independently in the absence of specific instructions and demonstrate initiative; take dictation and type the results in a Microsoft Word document.​  Applicant must be highly organized and possess a strong understanding of the legal process along with the ability to analyze and understand legal documentation and how it relates to and affects a company.​ Juggle conflicting priorities involving diverse and complex activities with a diverse range of employee levels, vendors, or external customers.​

This position is highly visible and will require a professional individual.
