What Can People On DACA Do Now

September 18, 2017 by Thomas Geygan

The ending of DACA was heart breaking for many people.  The questions is what can we do now.  The answer may be a lot.  It was estimated that 30% of the people who filed for DACA were also eligible for some other type of immigration relief.

As with anything in immigration the questions and answers are very fact specific.  In other words what you are eligible for depends on your facts.

To help us help you, we have created a screening form, so we can help you decide what, if anything you are eligible for.

To see the questionnaire click here.
