MarriageGreen Card for Spouse

For spouses of U.S. citizens, visas are always available, which means that your spouse does not need to wait in line for a visa. We can concurrently file the petition for alien relative and application to adjust status for spouses who are in the United States.

U.S. citizens may file for their parents as immediate relatives.  This means the waiting time is less. It would be nice to have them here to help with the kids, or so you can help them the way they helped you, when you needed someone.
