Immigration by Investment
The United States has both immigrant and nonimmigrant options based upon investment. The E-2 Treaty Investor visa has no minimum dollar investment, the invested amount is subject to a sufficiency test, with a period of stay issued in unlimited two year increments. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor program requires an investment minimum of five hundred thousand dollars, and allows conditional residency.
