K-1 Fiancée Visa
Find out how much the filing fees and attorney fees are, how long the process will take and what problems are likely to come up. All without leaving the house. Only United States citizens may petition for a fiancée visa.
Green Card for Brothers & Sisters
If your brother or sister is granted an immigrant visa, he or she is able to enter the United States and apply for a green card. This means he or she may work and live in the United States.
Green Card for Spouse
For spouses of U.S. citizens, visas are always available, which means that your spouse does not need to wait in line for a visa. We can concurrently file the petition for alien relative and application to adjust status for spouses who are here.
Removal of Conditions
A couple must file a “joint petition” to have the condition removed. If USCIS grants this petition and removes the conditional status, the conditional resident spouse is accorded unconditional LPR status.
Green Card for Parents
U.S. citizens may file for their parents as immediate relatives. This means the waiting time is less. It would be nice to have them here to help with the kids, or so you can help them the way they helped you, when you needed someone.
