U.S. Sentencing Commission’s (USSC) proposed amendments to Guidelines §2L1.2, “Unlawfully Entering or Remaining in the United States,” and §2L1.1, “Smuggling, Transporting, or Harboring an Unlawful Alien.” see it here.  I will be looking at this and comparing the numbers to other numbers to try to give perspective to the overall debate on immigration.
